Refund and Returns Policy
Returns - We are happy to let you return most of our items within 30 days from the date you received your order. You will be responsible for return shipping and you will need to return the item in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase. Your refund amount will be the total order value less shipping and handling charges. Shipping and handling is non-refundable. Please contact us at info@blupapillon.com to start the return process. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where you send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Some items have additional rules related to our general 30 day return window policy.
We cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Sale Items
- Gift Cards
- Perishable Goods - such as food, flowers, or plants.
- Custom Products - such as special orders or personalized items.
- Personal Care Goods - such as beauty products.
- Hazardous Materials, Flammable Liquids, or Gases.

Price Adjustments - We will honour price adjustments up to 7 days after an order is placed if the item is on sale.
Damaged Product- Damage to products can occasionally occur in transit. We will replace any damaged products at no cost. It is required that you contact us at info@blupapillon.com no later than 48 hours after you receive your order to process a damage claim. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and let us know if there are any issues. We will send you a return label so please don’t discard the packaging your item came in. If the item that is damaged is not eligible for a replacement you will receive store credit for the total order value of your item.
Wrong Product/Defective Product - Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@blupapillon.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Order Cancellation - Orders for stocked items cannot be cancelled once they are made. If you contact us quickly after you have placed your order, we can try to cancel it but cannot promise that the order will be cancelled.
Exchanges - Exchanges can only be made once the returned item is accepted. Once the item is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds - Once we have received and inspected your return, you will be notified if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please be aware that it can take many days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund back to you. We do our best to communicate reasonable expectations, but sometimes these timelines are outside of our control.
